Art Harvey took a trip to Italy’s oldest and currently largest museum of aviation in the summer of 2024. The museum is located on the grounds and in the original factory buildings of the aircraft company founded in 1908 by Giovanni Caproni and features exhibits from Italy's earliest lighter-than-air efforts, through the piston engine era, right up to modern jet, rotor, and tilt-rotor aircraft.  There are a lot of pics, so we're going to play it by ear, in case we have to press pause and keep the second part for a future meeting.  ​
