Eric Burleigh

I started seriously building model Warbirds in 2006 with my wife's encouragement and invaluable assistance.  Since then I've built 93 WW2 combat aircraft from every nation engaged in aerial combat. It's my passion since my dad trained as a navy fighter pilot- and my great uncle was a nose turret gunner flying in B-24s over Nazi Germany. I have almost as much fun researching my creations as building them.  Now that I'm retired modeling has become my full-time occupation and I start every day champing at the bit to make progress on my latest Warbird!
